Parish Council Meetings

Full Parish Council meetings will be held to once a month, on the last Wednesday of the month. It should be noted that the meeting in August is a planning-only meeting. The exception is in December when the full Council Meeting is brought forward to 16th December due to the Christmas festivities.

There are reserves dates for additional planning-only meetings on the second Tuesday of each month, to be used should there be any Planning Applications which require a response before the next full Council meeting. The agenda for these meetings will be published if they are required.

Fifteen minutes are available at 19.30, prior to commencement of the meeting’s business, for the public to express a view or ask a question on relevant matters on the agenda.  Up to three minutes per individual is allowed.  The public are welcome to stay and observe the rest of the public part of the meeting which will start at the end of any public participation and no later than 19:45.
